Simon was born in London and grew up in Paris. His short films have played at festivals including LSFF, East End, Cleveland and St. Louis. His recent collaboration with James Gardner, BARRY GLITTER, screened at LSFF in 2016.

Simon has been selected for Edinburgh Talent Lab, and is currently on Kate Leys and EIFF's Network scheme.
